Standard Shipping

Our standard delivery service will bring the chair to your curbside or front door, known as curbside delivery. Make sure you have some help to bring the items inside since most of our chairs are very heavy.

Residential Delivery of Commercial Furniture

On orders for commercial equipment, such as salon furniture, there will be an additional charge for deliveries to residential addresses. This is because freight companies charge extra to deliver to residences due to their tight schedule and consumers not always being at home to receive their delivery and also the different sized trucks that are needed for residential areas. Our free shipping promotions assume the cost of delivering to commercial addresses, apart from our residential massage chairs. There is an option at checkout for residential deliveries, please choose accordingly. In case a customer chooses free curbside delivery, but the shipping address turns out to be residential, we will contact you for additional payment.

Please note that if the business is situated within the house or beside the house, freight companies will still consider this as a residential address and will be tagged as residential shipping. For this, you will be required to pay for additional residential delivery cost upon checkout.

Free Shipping Promotions

Our free shipping promotions apply only to deliveries with a minimum of $1000 to commercial addresses within the lower 48 States excluding Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. All items, unless otherwise stated, generally ship within 1-3 business days of your payment being received. Special delivery services and fees not included with free shipping.

We do our best to keep prices updated and keep them competitive, but since we offer free shipping on moat of our items sometimes we make an error. When we have to ship to the other side of the country and the product's margins don't allow for us to ship for free we will sometimes request a small additional payment to be still shipped at a very low price. Please apologize us if our pricing turns out to be a little off and we can't possibly ship for free in case we would make a loss. Unfortunately, we can't fulfill those orders, but to make up for our mistake we will still try the best we can to give you the best price on the market. We'll send an offer for your consideration and hope our efforts to research competitors and beat their prices can keep your order with us.

Making Changes To Your Order

Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the products themselves cannot be modified. However, you’re free to cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in ‘pending’ status (and has not yet entered our production stream). We can agree to changes but we need written agreement from both parties before we can make those changes.

Returned Product or Returned Due to Wrong Address Policy

In the event that the wrong address was provided or multiple deliveries were attempted but the product is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying any and all return shipping fees. If you want to cancel and refund the order, you will be subject to a restocking fee of minimum 25% or a restocking fee at the manufacturer's discretion which shall not exceed the purchase price of the undeliverable item(s) plus shipping. The remaining amount will be refunded back to the original card used for purchase. The restocking fees are usually 25% but depend on the brand and are outlined in the manufacturer specific return policies on the bottom of this page.

If you need to return a product because of factory defects or we shipped you the incorrect item please contact us at sales@chairsthatgive.com so that we may provide you with a paid return shipping label.

If you are returning the item for miscellaneous concerns that have nothing to do with it being defective or damaged, you may be held liable for return shipping costs and accessed a restocking fee according to manufacturer policies detailed below.

AYC

All products offered by AYC are covered by a limited parts warranty that begins the same day the product is delivered. AYC Clearance items and AYC Container Orders are not eligible for warranty or service and are priced accordingly. AYC’s warranty only applies to the original buyer and is nontransferable. Any extended warranties must be made through a written binding contract between AYC and the buyer.

AYC’s warranty is only active in the continental U.S. Should a customer require service outside of the designated area then AYC will not be responsible for any shipping fees or duties that may accrue during the service process.

Any requests for warranty service will require the approval of AYC beforehand and can be obtained by contacting us through our contact form or phone number. Requests for warranty service may be resolved by issuing replacements parts, replacement of complete units, a refund or warranty repair services. Any such resolution completed in full shall constitute the fulfillment of any and all duties by AYC in regards to the warranty of its products. Such resolutions are the sole remedies available to the Distributor and/or consumer.

In the case of missing parts, customers have 7 days to conduct their inspection and report any missing components.

In the event that a product needs to be shipped back to AYC for warranty service and the Distributor and/or consumer has had the product for 30 days or less from the date of delivery, AYC will assume responsibility of shipping in both directions. After 30 days, the buyer is responsible for the shipping to return the product to AYC and AYC will bear the responsibility of return shipping. Any packaging costs will be assumed by the buyer and shipping damages caused by improper packaging will not be reimbursed by AYC. AYC warranty service only covers standard shipping, if expedited shipping is needed then the extraneous costs will be passed onto the buyer.

Labor, parts or unit replacements shall not constitute the extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty service that necessitates shipping the unit back to AYC will require a minimum wait time of 7 business days for diagnostics and/or repairs.

All items are covered under AYC's 1 Year Limited Parts Warranty with the exception of standalone electronic appliances such as facial machines, towel warmers, sanitizers, etc., which are covered for a period of no more than six months from the date of delivery. The limited parts warranty offered by AYC does not cover damages incurred by wear and tear, extensive or heavy use, abuse, tampering, modification or mishandling. Commercial standards allow for color variations which AYC has no control over, therefore this warranty does not extend to color, grain, or texture. The warranty does not extend to fading, staining, tears or wear, which have more to do with the environment and care the product was subjected to.

In the case that the item sent in for repair is found to be in perfect working condition, a labor fee will be charged and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment.

Repairs

AYC’s repair fee is set at $50/hour and includes a 30-day limited parts and labor warranty.

The Distributor and/or consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If the unit is unable to be repaired, then AYC will contact the distributor and work on determining a favorable compromise for all parties involved.

AYC disclaims any and all responsibility for out-of-warranty products we receive in damaged condition.

Continuum Footspas Limited Warranty
Continuum Footspas has designed and manufactured their pedicure chairs to the highest standards. Accordingly, Continuum Footspas expressly
warrants their pedicure chairs as follows:
To the original owner of our pedicure chairs, Continuum Footspas may repair or replace, at its option, any pedicure chairs found to be defective
in material or workmanship upon inspection by a factory authorized representative of Continuum Footspas.
This limited warranty covers the following:
This Limited Warranty covers parts and components. It covers all Continuum Models for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment except as
noted below:

● Maestro Model: Two (2) years from Date of Shipment (DOS). ● Solid Surface Echo Basin: Five (5) years from DOS.

● Maestro Solid Surface Basin: Five (5) years from DOS. ● Vibra-Massage + Heat System: Two (2) years from DOS.

● LE Chair Only: Two (2) years from DOS. ● Replacement Parts (Non-Warranted): Ninety (90) days from DOS.

● Fiberglass Basin: Two (2) years from DOS. ● Accessories: Ninety (90) days from DOS.

● Shipping Costs Associated with Warranty Parts: One (1) year from date of shipment. Continuum will cover normal domestic shipping costs. Expedited and/or International shipping will incur additional charges.
● Labor - All Models Except as Noted below: One (1) year from the date of shipment. Continuum Footspas will cover reasonable labor costs associated with the installation of replacement parts found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by a factory authorized representative of Continuum Footspas.

NOTE EXCEPTIONS BELOW.

No labor costs or replacement parts will be covered under this Limited Warranty if at the sole discretion of Continuum Footspas, it is determined a failure was caused by negligence, accident or improper use, improper installation or lack of proper maintenance as outlined in the Ownerʼs Manual. The exchange of a pedicure chair is limited to supplying a replacement pedicure chair of equal style. Owner is responsible for all labor and shipping costs necessary to replace a pedicure chair.


NO CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES WILL BE ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. This

This limited warranty is null and void if the pedicure chair is removed from itʼs original installation, or is not installed in accordance with specifications
of Continuum Footspas, or national, state or local codes, regulations and ordinances. Furthermore, this Limited Warranty is null and void if the
pedicure chair is subjected to improper installation or maintenance, negligence, improper cleaning or any other circumstances beyond Continuum
Footspas control. In order for your Limited Warranty to be valid, your pedicure chair must be installed by a licensed professional in accordance
with Continuum Footspas installation instructions.

EXCLUDED FROM LIMITED WARRANTY.

1) Unauthorized repairs.
2) Damage due to freight, accident, natural disaster and/or abuse.
3) Staining, fading or discolorization of the seat, seat back, armrests, leg supports and footrests.
4) Damage or malfunctions due to improper installation including but not limited to, failure
to comply with all national, state and local plumbing, electrical and building codes.
5) Fading, discoloration or staining of any part due to improper water additives, hard water or harmful
cleaning agents or chemicals.
6) Damage to drain pump due to obstruction in drain hose and/or debris in pump impeller housing.
Parts and/or circumstances for which Labor is NOT COVERED - Parts Noted Below Are Simple to Replace and DO NOT Require a Service
Technician.

This Limited Warranty is to the original owner and is not transferable. The original owner agrees by using Continuum pedicure chairs the obligation
of Continuum Footspas shall not extend to indirect or contingent damages or injury. Furthermore, the obligations of Continuum Footspas
are limited to those set forth herein. This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited, including,
but not limited to, any implied warranty of fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose. No distributor, dealer or other person has the
right or authority to bind Continuum Footspas to changes to this limited warranty. Consequently, Continuum Footspas is not responsible for
such warranties or representations.


ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

● Any assistance Continuum Footspas provides to the original owner above and beyond the scope of this limited warranty does not constitute a waiver of such terms, limitations or exclusions. Furthermore,
such assistance does not extend this Limited Warranty.
● Continuum Footspas shall not be liable for any other obligations or liabilities as a result of breach of contract of warranty, negligence or strict liability with regards to their pedicure chairs.
● This Limited Warranty applies only to pedicure chairs installed in any one of the fifty (50) States of the United States,
the District of Columbia or provinces of Canada.

Dream In Reality

7.1 Where we are not the manufacturer of the goods, we shall endeavor to transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given to us.
7.2 We warrant that (subject to the other provisions of these conditions) on delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the goods shall:

(a) be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;

(b) be reasonably fit for purpose; and

(c) be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which the goods are being bought if you had made known that purpose to us in writing and we have confirmed in writing that it is reasonable for you to rely on the skill and judgment of us.

7.3 We shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 7.2 unless:

(a) you give written notice of the defect to us, and, if the defect is as a result of damage in transit to the carrier, within 3 days of the time when you discover or ought to have discovered the defect; and

(b) we are given a reasonable opportunity after receiving the notice of examining such goods and you (if asked to do so by us) return such goods to our place of business at our cost for the examination to take place there.

7.4 We shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 7.2 if:

(a) you make any further use of such goods after giving such notice; or

(b) the defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the goods or (if there are none) good trade practice; or

(c) you alter or repair such goods without our written consent.

7.5 Subject to condition 7.3 and condition 7.4, if any of the goods do not conform with any of the warranties in condition 7.2 we shall at our option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods at the pro rata contract rate provided that, if we so request, you shall, at our expense, return the goods or the part of such goods which is defective to us.

7.6 If we comply with condition 7.5 we shall have no further liability for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 7.2 in respect of such goods.

7.7 Any goods replaced shall belong to us and any repaired or replacement goods shall be guaranteed on these terms for the unexpired portion of the 12 month period.

  • Transport damage (freight), neglect, accident, natural disaster, misuse
  • Service should be required for any reason of any defect or any malfunction during the warranty period, please contact us.


The owner agrees by using this pedicure spa that the obligation of Pedi Spas of America shall not extend to indirect or contingent damage, of injury, which may result from such use that the obligation of Pedi Spas of America are limited to those set forth herein, and other obligations, expressed or implied are assumed by Pedi Spas of America.

TouchAmerica

Money-Back Guarantee and Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund (excluding freight), after contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be in new condition and returned in suitable packing material to qualify for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for any returned item. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products to TouchAmerica.

Warranties

TouchAmerica manufactures a wide range of products with varying warranties. All warranties apply to the original owner only for the time period specified for each product. Instructions for preventive maintenance are sent with each product. Any needed inspections and maintenance must be performed on a biannual basis. Failure to perform regular inspections and maintenance will void the warranty on the equipment. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Standard Professional Treatment Tables

Ten-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Wood/veneer cabinetry is warranted for one year. Foot tubs and plumbing parts for Artesian or Golden Touch are warranted for one year. Mechanical/electrical parts, foam and vinyl carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year warranty on labor for hydraulic leg motors. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Olympus, Harmony/Destiny, Portable Massage Tables, QuickLite Massage Chairs

Olympus and Harmony/Destiny have a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Mechanical and electrical parts, foam and fabric carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year structural and plumbing warranty on Foot Bath for Harmony/Destiny. Portable Massage Tables and QuickLite Massage Chairs carry a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and two-year warranty on foam and vinyl. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Wet Tables, Vichy Shower, Well-Lounge, Breath Pedi-Lounge

Neptune/Aphrodite tables and Vichy Showers carry a two-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Breath Pedi-Lounge and Well-Lounge carry a one-year warranty on replacement parts for the frame/structure. Mechanical/electrical parts, as well as foam and vinyl, carry a two-year warranty on materials. Vichy Shower plumbing parts are warranted for two years on materials. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Furniture and Accessories

Woodwork and veneer are warranted for one year. All accessories made by TouchAmerica carry a one-year warranty. Accessories and components not manufactured by TouchAmerica carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, which varies from product to product. Hot Towel Cabis, Pedicure/Timbale Carts and PediStools/ProStools are warranted for one year.

Shipping for Warranty Replacements

TouchAmerica will cover the cost of shipping products replaced under warranty to customers in the contiguous USA only. International customers (as well as those in Alaska and Hawaii) must pay the freight costs for warranty replacement products. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products to TouchAmerica.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments, or neglect (which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners) are not covered under this warranty. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, at TouchAmerica's discretion, unless otherwise stated.

In the event that the wrong address was provided or multiple deliveries were attempted but the product is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying any and all return shipping fees. If you want to cancel and refund the order, you will be subject to a restocking fee of minimum 25% or a restocking fee at the manufacturer's discretion which shall not exceed the purchase price of the undeliverable item(s) plus shipping. The remaining amount will be refunded back to the original card used for purchase. The restocking fees are usually 25% but depend on the brand and are outlined in the manufacturer specific return policies on the bottom of this page.

If you need to return a product because of factory defects or we shipped you the incorrect item please contact us at sales@chairsthatgive.com so that we may provide you with a paid return shipping label.

If you are returning the item for miscellaneous concerns that have nothing to do with it being defective or damaged, you may be held liable for return shipping costs and accessed a restocking fee according to manufacturer policies detailed below.

AYC

All products offered by AYC are covered by a limited parts warranty that begins the same day the product is delivered. AYC Clearance items and AYC Container Orders are not eligible for warranty or service and are priced accordingly. AYC’s warranty only applies to the original buyer and is nontransferable. Any extended warranties must be made through a written binding contract between AYC and the buyer.

AYC’s warranty is only active in the continental U.S. Should a customer require service outside of the designated area then AYC will not be responsible for any shipping fees or duties that may accrue during the service process.

Any requests for warranty service will require the approval of AYC beforehand and can be obtained by contacting us through our contact form or phone number. Requests for warranty service may be resolved by issuing replacements parts, replacement of complete units, a refund or warranty repair services. Any such resolution completed in full shall constitute the fulfillment of any and all duties by AYC in regards to the warranty of its products. Such resolutions are the sole remedies available to the Distributor and/or consumer.

In the case of missing parts, customers have 7 days to conduct their inspection and report any missing components.

In the event that a product needs to be shipped back to AYC for warranty service and the Distributor and/or consumer has had the product for 30 days or less from the date of delivery, AYC will assume responsibility of shipping in both directions. After 30 days, the buyer is responsible for the shipping to return the product to AYC and AYC will bear the responsibility of return shipping. Any packaging costs will be assumed by the buyer and shipping damages caused by improper packaging will not be reimbursed by AYC. AYC warranty service only covers standard shipping, if expedited shipping is needed then the extraneous costs will be passed onto the buyer.

Labor, parts or unit replacements shall not constitute the extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty service that necessitates shipping the unit back to AYC will require a minimum wait time of 7 business days for diagnostics and/or repairs.

All items are covered under AYC's 1 Year Limited Parts Warranty with the exception of standalone electronic appliances such as facial machines, towel warmers, sanitizers, etc., which are covered for a period of no more than six months from the date of delivery. The limited parts warranty offered by AYC does not cover damages incurred by wear and tear, extensive or heavy use, abuse, tampering, modification or mishandling. Commercial standards allow for color variations which AYC has no control over, therefore this warranty does not extend to color, grain, or texture. The warranty does not extend to fading, staining, tears or wear, which have more to do with the environment and care the product was subjected to.

In the case that the item sent in for repair is found to be in perfect working condition, a labor fee will be charged and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment.

AYC’s repair fee is set at $50/hour and includes a 30-day limited parts and labor warranty.

The Distributor and/or consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If the unit is unable to be repaired, then AYC will contact the distributor and work on determining a favorable compromise for all parties involved.

AYC disclaims any and all responsibility for out-of-warranty products we receive in damaged condition.

Continuum Footspas has designed and manufactured their pedicure chairs to the highest standards. Accordingly, Continuum Footspas expressly
warrants their pedicure chairs as follows:
To the original owner of our pedicure chairs, Continuum Footspas may repair or replace, at its option, any pedicure chairs found to be defective
in material or workmanship upon inspection by a factory authorized representative of Continuum Footspas.
This limited warranty covers the following:
This Limited Warranty covers parts and components. It covers all Continuum Models for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment except as
noted below:

● Maestro Model: Two (2) years from Date of Shipment (DOS). ● Solid Surface Echo Basin: Five (5) years from DOS.

● Maestro Solid Surface Basin: Five (5) years from DOS. ● Vibra-Massage + Heat System: Two (2) years from DOS.

● LE Chair Only: Two (2) years from DOS. ● Replacement Parts (Non-Warranted): Ninety (90) days from DOS.

● Fiberglass Basin: Two (2) years from DOS. ● Accessories: Ninety (90) days from DOS.

● Shipping Costs Associated with Warranty Parts: One (1) year from date of shipment. Continuum will cover normal domestic shipping costs. Expedited and/or International shipping will incur additional charges.

Continuum Footspas will cover reasonable labor costs associated with the installation of replacement parts found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by a factory authorized representative of Continuum Footspas.

No labor costs or replacement parts will be covered under this Limited Warranty if at the sole discretion of Continuum Footspas, it is determined a failure was caused by negligence, accident or improper use, improper installation or lack of proper maintenance as outlined in the Ownerʼs Manual. The exchange of a pedicure chair is limited to supplying a replacement pedicure chair of equal style. Owner is responsible for all labor and shipping costs necessary to replace a pedicure chair.


NO CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES WILL BE ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. This

This limited warranty is null and void if the pedicure chair is removed from itʼs original installation, or is not installed in accordance with specifications
of Continuum Footspas, or national, state or local codes, regulations and ordinances. Furthermore, this Limited Warranty is null and void if the
pedicure chair is subjected to improper installation or maintenance, negligence, improper cleaning or any other circumstances beyond Continuum
Footspas control. In order for your Limited Warranty to be valid, your pedicure chair must be installed by a licensed professional in accordance
with Continuum Footspas installation instructions.

EXCLUDED FROM LIMITED WARRANTY.

1) Unauthorized repairs.
2) Damage due to freight, accident, natural disaster and/or abuse.
3) Staining, fading or discolorization of the seat, seat back, armrests, leg supports and footrests.
4) Damage or malfunctions due to improper installation including but not limited to, failure
to comply with all national, state and local plumbing, electrical and building codes.
5) Fading, discoloration or staining of any part due to improper water additives, hard water or harmful
cleaning agents or chemicals.
6) Damage to drain pump due to obstruction in drain hose and/or debris in pump impeller housing.

This Limited Warranty is to the original owner and is not transferable. The original owner agrees by using Continuum pedicure chairs the obligation
of Continuum Footspas shall not extend to indirect or contingent damages or injury. Furthermore, the obligations of Continuum Footspas
are limited to those set forth herein. This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited, including,
but not limited to, any implied warranty of fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose. No distributor, dealer or other person has the
right or authority to bind Continuum Footspas to changes to this limited warranty. Consequently, Continuum Footspas is not responsible for
such warranties or representations.


ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

● Any assistance Continuum Footspas provides to the original owner above and beyond the scope of this limited warranty does not constitute a waiver of such terms, limitations or exclusions. Furthermore,
such assistance does not extend this Limited Warranty.
● Continuum Footspas shall not be liable for any other obligations or liabilities as a result of breach of contract of warranty, negligence or strict liability with regards to their pedicure chairs.
● This Limited Warranty applies only to pedicure chairs installed in any one of the fifty (50) States of the United States,
the District of Columbia or provinces of Canada.

Dream In Reality

7.1 Where we are not the manufacturer of the goods, we shall endeavor to transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given to us.
7.2 We warrant that (subject to the other provisions of these conditions) on delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the goods shall:

(a) be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;

(b) be reasonably fit for purpose; and

(c) be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which the goods are being bought if you had made known that purpose to us in writing and we have confirmed in writing that it is reasonable for you to rely on the skill and judgment of us.

7.3 We shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 7.2 unless:

(a) you give written notice of the defect to us, and, if the defect is as a result of damage in transit to the carrier, within 3 days of the time when you discover or ought to have discovered the defect; and

(b) we are given a reasonable opportunity after receiving the notice of examining such goods and you (if asked to do so by us) return such goods to our place of business at our cost for the examination to take place there.

7.4 We shall not be liable for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 7.2 if:

(a) you make any further use of such goods after giving such notice; or

(b) the defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the goods or (if there are none) good trade practice; or

(c) you alter or repair such goods without our written consent.

7.5 Subject to condition 7.3 and condition 7.4, if any of the goods do not conform with any of the warranties in condition 7.2 we shall at our option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods at the pro rata contract rate provided that, if we so request, you shall, at our expense, return the goods or the part of such goods which is defective to us.

7.6 If we comply with condition 7.5 we shall have no further liability for a breach of any of the warranties in condition 7.2 in respect of such goods.

7.7 Any goods replaced shall belong to us and any repaired or replacement goods shall be guaranteed on these terms for the unexpired portion of the 12 month period.

The owner agrees by using this pedicure spa that the obligation of Pedi Spas of America shall not extend to indirect or contingent damage, of injury, which may result from such use that the obligation of Pedi Spas of America are limited to those set forth herein, and other obligations, expressed or implied are assumed by Pedi Spas of America.

Money-Back Guarantee and Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund (excluding freight), after contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be in new condition and returned in suitable packing material to qualify for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for any returned item. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products to TouchAmerica.

Warranties

TouchAmerica manufactures a wide range of products with varying warranties. All warranties apply to the original owner only for the time period specified for each product. Instructions for preventive maintenance are sent with each product. Any needed inspections and maintenance must be performed on a biannual basis. Ten-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Wood/veneer cabinetry is warranted for one year. Foot tubs and plumbing parts for Artesian or Golden Touch are warranted for one year. Mechanical/electrical parts, foam and vinyl carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year warranty on labor for hydraulic leg motors. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Olympus, Harmony/Destiny, Portable Massage Tables, QuickLite Massage Chairs

Olympus and Harmony/Destiny have a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Mechanical and electrical parts, foam and fabric carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year structural and plumbing warranty on Foot Bath for Harmony/Destiny. Portable Massage Tables and QuickLite Massage Chairs carry a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and two-year warranty on foam and vinyl. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Wet Tables, Vichy Shower, Well-Lounge, Breath Pedi-Lounge

Neptune/Aphrodite tables and Vichy Showers carry a two-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Breath Pedi-Lounge and Well-Lounge carry a one-year warranty on replacement parts for the frame/structure. Mechanical/electrical parts, as well as foam and vinyl, carry a two-year warranty on materials. Vichy Shower plumbing parts are warranted for two years on materials. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Furniture and Accessories

Woodwork and veneer are warranted for one year. All accessories made by TouchAmerica carry a one-year warranty. Accessories and components not manufactured by TouchAmerica carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, which varies from product to product. Hot Towel Cabis, Pedicure/Timbale Carts and PediStools/ProStools are warranted for one year.

Shipping for Warranty Replacements

TouchAmerica will cover the cost of shipping products replaced under warranty to customers in the contiguous USA only. International customers (as well as those in Alaska and Hawaii) must pay the freight costs for warranty replacement products. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products to TouchAmerica.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments, or neglect (which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners) are not covered under this warranty. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, at TouchAmerica's discretion, unless otherwise stated.
